Chassis Concours 14 is very much up to the challenge of controlling this remarkable powerplant. Its unique monocoque frame provides great rigidity together with excellent handling characteristics and a high level of rider feedback. Holding the engine from above, the structure of compact frame bikes continue to narrow down where necessary and allow optimum packing the bike’s vital systems. Tetra-Lever shaft drive, which routes all power to the rear wheels, using a four-link design to offset the tendency squat lift and lower drive shaft system when the throttle is opened and closed, all of which produce a true sportbike handling. Plus, Tetra-Lever system is almost completely maintenance free. No mystery, then, why the Concours 14′s powertrain has received critical acclaim throughout the world for silky smooth power delivery.
